Chef Bryan Gregg will again welcome Chef Sally Owens of SO Tasty Vegan as the duo creates its monthly vegan dinner at Escape.
The vegan dinner menu will feature:
Smoked asparagus and spring pea soup, leeks, radish, herbs.
Ceviche- King trumpets, heart of Palm, pear, jalapeño, spring onion, citrus.
Tamale- Quinoa masa, pinto, poblano, sesame mole, curtido, avocado, pepita.
Tres -no-leche cake, chili chocolate ganache, spicy strawberry and rhubarb, brittle.
The tasting dinner is set for 7PM and costs $45 per guests plus tax and gratuity. Diners have an opportunity to bring their own wines or beers to pair with the courses.
